It seems like someone in Merge Records had great idea how to promote (even new album of Arcade Fire doesn’t really need to promote).
Check out this new video, where apparently Win Butler (or Richard Reed Parry) present band’s new album. Slightly weird video, but in background there are clips of ALL new songs from upcoming Neon Bible.

*Neighborhood #3 (Power Out)* (commonly known simply as Power Out) is the third single by Canadian rock band “Arcade Fire”:artist/arcade-fire from their debut album Funeral.
Released on 23 May 2005, the single reached #26 on the UK Singles Chart, and was released on the Rough Trade Records record label.
The music video depicts in animation several youths wearing hooded jackets cutting the power lines to a snowy 1920s-steam punk city, while several old men chase them.

The Montreal band founded by husband and wife Win Butler and R???gine Chassagne make their full-length debut with this highly anticipated disc.
Funeral is the first album by The Arcade Fire. It was released on September 14, 2004 by Merge Records. As the title of the album suggests, much of Funeral is about death, but in a way that is cautiously optimistic rather than gloomy, dark or depressing.

Arcade Fire (or The Arcade Fire) is an indie rock band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada comprising band members Win Butler, Regine Chassagne, Richard Reed Parry, William Butler, Tim Kingsbury, Sarah Neufeld, and Jeremy Gara.
Howard Bilerman, who played drums on the album Funeral, has since moved on to other projects.
